Data Collection

We are technically incapable of collecting sensitive data.

When you use Dokurator tools, the processing relies on WebAssembly and JavaScript natively on your own hardware. We never collect:

  • check_circle The contents of any PDF files, images, or Markdown files.
  • check_circle Personally identifiable information (PII) within documents.
  • check_circle Filenames, sizes, or metadata of manipulated files.
  • check_circle Passwords or encryption keys used to secure or unlock PDFs.

Anonymous Analytics

To ensure reliability, we collect limited, anonymized technical data.

We use Simple Analytics to track general metrics such as page views and tool usage. Simple Analytics is fully GDPR-compliant, operates without tracking cookies, and never tracks individual users or builds advertising profiles.

We explicitly monitor generalized error rates and performance metrics to ensure the platform functions smoothly across different devices, entirely independent of personal identifiers.

Storage & Technology

We believe in maintaining your preferences intuitively. We use standard browser localStorage exclusively to remember custom UI choices—such as your dark mode layout state. We do not use third-party trackers, advertising cookies, or cross-site fingerprinting tools.

Behind the scenes, Dokurator utilizes trusted open-source sandboxes (like PDF-lib.js and Cropper.js) which individually adhere to local data handling principles. No hidden networks exist.
